Terrain Blocks

The DEEEP terrain blocks were created to be used in conjunction with our website. Fourteen blocks provide a tactile explanation of the terrain for each specific Expedition day while in Colorado. Free lesson plans and photo keys (below) have been designed to give educators several different opportunities for use of each of the 14 terrain blocks.

To obtain the STL files, select one, or more, of the STL files below and receive it upon making a donation to DEEEP. The suggested cost of these files is $10/file, but please donate what you can. Once you have made the donation, you will receive an email with your STL file that you can use with a 3D printer to create your terrain block. The photos shown are what the terrain blocks will looks like once printed, using the corresponding STL file. If you do not have access to a 3D printer, consider purchasing our ready-made terrain blocks by visiting our Merchandise page.
